January 2018 Happy New Year to you all. The children have come back to school eager to learn. It has been lovely hearing about their special family times over the holidays.

This term our topic is 'Us and Them'. In Willow Class we will be learning about who the Romans were and their impact on Britain. We will also be exploring Italy and its culture as it is today. In Science we will be learning about animals, including humans, with a focus on Nutrition. For a detailed look at our learning please see our Class Curriculum Newsletter which is in the 'Families' tab at the top of the page. Here you will also find examples of things you could do with your child at home to reinforce their learning.

20.12 What a busy month we have had leading us into Christmas. We have been busy rehearsing for our fantastic production of Aladdin, brought festive cheer to others performing our signed Christmas songs in various locations, held celebrations in school with families and had our Christmas Party, where we were visited by a special someone! (See pics in our Gallery) All this in addition to lots of learning and producing some wonderful work.

Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year and see you next year for another exciting year. Enjoy 🎄🎅🏻
